Cancellation & Refund:
 

LIFECHAMPS LEARNING LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.​

Refunds:

However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team by sending an email to lifechampskidsbooks@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the products. Please include the order ID and video of the unboxing with the email. The request will however, be entertained once lifechamps LLP has checked and determined the same.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
